Eric brings more than 30 years of experience helping employers develop and manage employee benefit programs tailored to their unique goals and workforce needs. He works with organizations of all sizes, providing strategic guidance on the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits, while also assisting clients with employer-sponsored retirement plan solutions.

A former soccer player at California State University, Fresno, Eric earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology and has built his career on understanding people and helping businesses support their employees.

Outside of work, Eric enjoys spending time with his family. He and his wife, Brittney, are proud parents of three children—Dax, Presley, and Beau. An active member of his community, Eric enjoys coaching his children’s baseball and soccer teams and supporting their athletic pursuits.
