Shanda has been in the insurance industry since 1981 and has worked, serviced and managed several different departments in the corporate insurance company industry.

Prior to coming to Pillar, she worked in the Claims Department, Marketing Department, Support Staff Training, New Agent Training and as an Agency Owner for a total of 41 years.

At Pillar Financial Group, Shanda works in our Customer Service Department and as a Sales Associate. A team player, Shanda brings experience, knowledge and skill to our customers. She strives for nothing less than 100% satisfaction.
